Higher Ed Professional Learning and LMS Administration

In 2019, I joined the CSU Pueblo team in the role of Educational Technologist to co-administer the LMS and provide EdTech training and support. When we pivoted to remote teaching in response to the pandemic, I self-initiated professional learning support for faculty. The CTL was in transition and there were no faculty support staff in place. I quickly designed and facilitated a course hosted in the LMS to provide faculty with learning and resources to support the quick shift to teaching online. My support role grew and the bulk of my time is spent developing resources and facilitating professional learning for faculty and staff who develop student training courses for their work in peer tutoring and mentorship roles.
