Mangahigh Math
N. American Customer Success Lead provides game-based math software to K-12 teachers to students around the world. I joined the team in 2016 and was offered the global head of customer success in 2019, but declined due to apprehension about moving relocating to London.

In my time at Mangahigh, I honed my knowledge and instructional practice around gamification and games-based learning. My scope of work included product and platform design consultation along with leading customer success in North America.

+ Set up and staffed conference booths at international conferences, conceived and managed contests to boost teacher engagement, and facilitated conference sessions.

+ Visit Schools to model lessons, provided consultation, and  facilitated Family Math Nights.

+ Developed and piloted the global case study process; published studies I conducted.

+ Spearheaded an in-app chat support tool

+ Redesigned the North American Educator Resource web page 

+ Managed the Clever SSO

+ Developed and coordinated international virtualmath competitions

+ Delivered the fully developed knowledge base in less than 2 months
